The week was heavily loaded with progressing the Housing Register application upload proofs solution (quite a mouthful there).
Key to this product is to remove the delay, to the applicant, from hand posting materials into closed offices and to improve the digital solution currently in use (e-mail with attachments).
I’m sure many who have walked through co-designing an e-form or the likes understand the importance of focusing on the language and words we use — that was pretty much what dominated last week — words words words. I worked with Housing colleagues and a Content Designer to try to perfect this (think we’re close). Waiting now for this to magic into a fully working prototype thanks to one of our wizard like Developers!
