Challenging week last week spinning many plates (and smashing the odd few).
Spent the week working on wording for the upload Housing proof documents function with the very patient Amanda and on the mapping of the recruitment process.
The low level map that I have produced for the Recruitment process is vast with so many steps and stages required from start to finish. I had a full meltdown when I was unable to extract into PDF to help share as Miro couldn’t handle it (thankfully Vicky calmed me down and “ultimately” saved my shed from harm — cheers mate). Anyways — fed the map and findings captured from my conversations with Applicants, Team Leaders & HR Payroll staff back to the Recruitment Team ……I’ve done a sketchnote so I’ll shut up:
